Description

You will manage the efficient and secure operation of Oracle databases to ensure data integrity, availability, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain database architectures and configurations.
• Monitor performance and perform query optimization and index management.
• Develop and test backup and recovery strategies to minimize downtime.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and enforce integrity checks.
• Manage routine maintenance, including updates, patches, upgrades, and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot database issues and collaborate with developers and system administrators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Database Administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle database management systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and database query optimization.
• Experience with Database Management Systems (DBMS) installation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Database Security best practices.
• Ability to manage Capacity Planning and scalability solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle database certification.
