Description

You will manage and optimize Oracle database environments and underlying operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer database systems to ensure stability and performance.
• Manage Oracle technologies including RAC, ASM, and partitioning.
• Perform SQL tuning, statistics gathering, and memory management.
• Analyze performance reports from AWR, Explain plan, or Grid control to resolve bottlenecks.
• Handle application audit logs and task scheduling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of database design and administration experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Linux, Solaris, and other UNIX flavors.
• 4+ years of experience with Oracle RAC and ASM.
• 4+ years of experience with Oracle security and partitioning.
• 4+ years of experience with performance tuning using Explain plan, AWR, or Grid control.
• Proficiency in SQL tuning and statistics gathering.
• Experience managing application audit logs and scheduling.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
