Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 19c, and above)
• Perform database monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning activities
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations using RMAN
• Administer Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard environments
• Support production, non-production, and disaster recovery database environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve database incidents, outages, and service requests (L2/L3 support)
• Perform capacity planning, storage management, and database optimization activities
• Manage database security including users, roles, privileges, and auditing
• Support application deployments, database migrations, and upgrade activities
• Automate routine DBA activities using Shell Scripting and PL/SQL
• Maintain operational documentation and follow change and incident management processes
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and support teams to ensure database availability and reliability

Experience Required:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle 11g, 12c, 19c, RAC, ASM, and Data Guard
• Expertise in RMAN backup and recovery strategies
• Good understanding of PL/SQL, SQL Server Database Administration, and Unix/Linux commands
• Experience in database performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Strong experience in production support and AMS environments
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
