Description

You will manage Oracle database operations across the software development lifecycle, ensuring stability from development through production.

Responsibilities

• Manage and promote application-related database changes across development, testing, and production environments.
• Design and develop scripts for data exchange between Oracle and mainframe systems.
• Create and manage Oracle databases specifically for development and testing purposes.
• Design and develop data migration scripts and stored procedures to support database operations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Oracle 12c/19c RDBMS administration experience.
• 5+ years of experience with RHEL Linux or Oracle Linux.
• 5+ years of experience with bash or korn shell scripting.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL tuning.
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple environments for application development and testing.
• 2+ years of experience in designing and developing data migration scripts.
• 2+ years of experience with data modeling.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle certification (OCA or better).
• Knowledge of Active Data Guard and Goldengate.
