Description

You will manage Oracle database environments for a contract role based in Lansing, MI.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage database operations on Solaris and Redhat platforms.
• Execute SQL queries and perform routine database maintenance tasks.
• Maintain system stability and performance within the local infrastructure.
• Ensure reliable uptime and efficient resource utilization for hosted databases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with the Solaris operating system.
• Hands-on experience with Redhat Linux environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Must be a local resident of Michigan.
