Description

You will manage and optimize large-scale, transaction-heavy Oracle database environments within the banking and financial sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Optimize SQL performance through query and code-level tuning.
• Manage Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN, and OEM configurations.
• Execute disaster recovery planning and maintain High Availability using Data Guard.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using Shell or Python scripting.
• Support database infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 17+ years of relevant Oracle DBA experience.
• Expertise in SQL performance tuning and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN, and OEM.
• Proven experience with Data Guard, disaster recovery, and HA configurations.
• Proficiency in Shell or Python scripting for automation.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms including OCI, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience supporting large, transaction-heavy environments in banking or finance.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with AWS or Azure cloud deployments.
