Description

You will manage and maintain Oracle 12c/11g environments on Solaris and Red Hat Linux, ensuring high availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure 3-5 node Oracle 11g/12c RAC using ASM and NFS file systems.
• Implement and manage Oracle 12c CDB/non-CDB Active Data Guard and Physical Standby configurations.
• Perform database upgrades, capacity planning, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Monitor storage space, tune performance, and resolve application database issues using standard change processes.
• Manage Oracle GoldenGate databases and utilize OEM Cloud Control for administration and monitoring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator.
• Expertise in Oracle 12c Multitenant, RAC, ASM, and Pluggable Databases.
• Proficient in RMAN, Data Guard (including DG Broker), and Oracle GoldenGate.
• Experience with Exadata features (Flash cache, Storage Index, HCC, IORM).
• Strong command of Linux (Red Hat) and Solaris operating systems.
• Ability to create and monitor scripts for database troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Information Systems.
