Description

You will manage Oracle database environments across production and development systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 24/7 production database services to ensure availability, integrity, and security.
• Manage GoldenGate bidirectional setups and perform deep-dive troubleshooting.
• Install and maintain database servers, replication, and client environments.
• Execute Oracle database upgrades, patching, and RMAN backup and recovery.
• Implement plans for database administration functions and technology transitions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Database administration (11g, 12c, 19c).
• Expertise in GoldenGate bidirectional configuration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle 12c and 19c patching and upgrades.
• Proficiency with Linux and AIX operating system patching.
• Experience managing SSL and certificate renewals.
• Knowledge of Oracle Container and Pluggable databases.
• Competency in Oracle SQL performance tuning.
• Experience with RMAN backup and recovery procedures.
• Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MySQL and MongoDB.
• Shell script writing skills.
