You will own the design and implementation of data infrastructure and system requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with business subject matter experts and IT teams to define application and system requirements.
  • Design and maintain data infrastructure by identifying internal and external data sources.
  • Participate in the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC), including debugging and configuration.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement ODI/ELT and ETL process and architecture improvements.
  • Manage the build phase and quality assure code to meet architectural requirements.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years determining database structural requirements by analyzing client operations and applications.
  • 84 months experience architecting and implementing data warehousing and application integrations for a government agency.
  • 84 months experience data modeling and designing normalized Data Warehouse environments using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • 84 months experience developing data integrations for heterogeneous systems using SQL.
  • 84 months experience performing database comparative analysis for transactional databases and data warehouses.
  • 84 months experience implementing systematic Data Error/Recovery and Cleanup procedures.
  • Experience integrating with Kafka.
  • Proficiency in SSDLC and ETL Process design.
  • Ability to write clean, testable code using advanced analytical functions.
