Description

You will design database objects and data collection systems by transforming legislative requirements into functional system designs.

Responsibilities

  • Design database structural requirements by analyzing client operations, applications, and programming.
  • Develop software using Oracle PL/SQL, including the creation of packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
  • Model relational databases and perform data modeling tasks.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and implement technical solutions.
  • Prepare technical and user documentation.

Required Skills

  • 14+ years of experience in database architecture and operations.
  • 84 months of experience interpreting physical database models and relational concepts including indexes, primary/foreign keys, and constraints.
  • 84 months of experience developing with Oracle PL/SQL.
  • 84 months of experience working with Oracle version 11g or later.
  • 84 months of experience using Oracle programming tools such as SQL*Plus or SQL*Loader.
  • 60 months of experience in relational database design.
  • 48 months of experience using at least two of the following: dynamic SQL, FORALL and BULK COLLECT, SYS_REFCURSOR, SYS_CONTEXT, or PL/SQL logging.
  • 24 months of experience integrating multiple database schemas.
  • Any Graduate degree.
