Description

You will automate Oracle DBA workflows and manage database administration across multiple projects in a banking environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate regular DBA tasks using Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, and Groovy.
• Manage Oracle database administration across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Perform database patching, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Execute recovery and standby operations using RMAN and Data Guard.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in large organizations, specifically within banking environments.
• Expertise in Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) and Oracle Data Guard.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and AWS.
• Proficiency with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and Recovery Manager (RMAN).
• Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Ansible, Git, and automation scripting in Bash or Python.
• Knowledge of Jenkins and Groovy for CI/CD processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with other database technologies.
