Description

You will lead the analysis and design of database objects and data collection systems, transforming legislative requirements into functional specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement logical and physical database models, including indexes, primary keys, foreign keys, and constraints.
• Execute software development tasks including coding, testing, and implementation of database solutions.
• Perform ETL processes to manage data transformation and integration.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and user documentation for system architectures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in database architecture and development.
• 7+ years of experience developing Oracle PL/SQL using advanced programming techniques.
• 7+ years of experience using Oracle development tools such as SQL*Plus, SQL Developer, and SQL*Loader.
• 7+ years of experience designing logical and physical database models.
• 4+ years of experience performing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) techniques.
• 2+ years of experience optimizing, performance tuning, and debugging PL/SQL.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle database management and PL/SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
