Description

You will manage, optimize, and maintain Oracle database environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle database systems, including installation, configuration, and routine maintenance.
• Perform database tuning and complex query optimization to ensure high availability.
• Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies using RMAN and Data Guard.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and procedures in collaboration with development teams.
• Execute database migrations, upgrades, and patching while monitoring health and security compliance.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle 12c and 19c.
• Proficiency with Oracle RAC.
• Strong command of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Expertise in database performance tuning and complex query optimization.
• Experience with RMAN and Data Guard for backup and recovery.
• Knowledge of Oracle data replication and high availability solutions.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud offerings.
