Description

You will maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle database environments as an Application DBA.

Responsibilities

• Manage user roles, data refreshes, and backup/recovery operations.
• Implement and manage Oracle Data Guard for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot RAC issues, including server and database startup/shutdown processes.
• Configure GoldenGate for uni-directional and bi-directional replication, resolving lag or process issues.
• Coordinate with Sys DBA teams for change management and manage Oracle Service Requests from filing to resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle database administration.
• Strong knowledge of Core Oracle DBA fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Oracle Data Guard and RAC (Real Application Clusters).
• Experience with GoldenGate configuration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning and data refreshes.
• Proven ability to manage backup and recovery operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
