Description

You will manage and maintain Oracle database environments across various platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute backup and recovery operations, application patching, and database cloning.
• Perform database design, administration, and routine maintenance for Oracle 10g, 11g, 12c, and 19g.
• Analyze performance reports using Explain plan, AWR, and Grid Control to identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
• Oversee memory management, statistics gathering, and application audit logs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in database administration.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle technologies including RAC, ASM, partitioning, and security.
• 5+ years of experience with Linux, Solaris, and other UNIX flavors.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL tuning and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with performance tools such as Explain plan, AWR, and Grid control.
• Strong understanding of scheduling and problem-solving within database environments.
