Description

You will manage and support Oracle and SQL Server database environments with a focus on high availability and security.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle and SQL Server databases through upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage Oracle RAC and SQL Server failover clusters to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement and maintain Oracle Advanced Security Options including TDE and Key Vault.
• Develop automation scripts using Ansible playbooks.
• Monitor database performance and resolve issues to maintain system integrity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience supporting Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Proficiency in Oracle 19c or above and SQL Server 2012 or above.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC and SQL Server failover clusters.
• Experience with Oracle Advanced Security Options such as Oracle TDE and Oracle Key Vault.
• Proficiency with Ansible for automation.
• Experience using Git, Jira, and Bamboo for version control and CI/CD.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
