Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of Oracle 12c database environments, ensuring stability and performance for production systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle 12c database instances and Grid Control infrastructure.
• Execute backup and recovery procedures using RMAN to ensure data integrity.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain Oracle Data Guard configurations for high availability.
• Apply database patches and manage version upgrades across all environments.
• Monitor production databases daily to identify and resolve performance issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration, specifically with Oracle 12c.
• Expert proficiency with RMAN for backup and recovery operations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Grid Control installation, configuration, and monitoring.
• Proven track record implementing and maintaining Oracle Data Guard.
• Strong understanding of database patching strategies and version upgrade processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
