Description

You will manage, maintain, and troubleshoot large-scale Oracle database environments on UNIX systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Oracle RAC environments on UNIX.
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting for Oracle databases.
• Manage and configure Oracle Golden Gate, including multi-master setups and handling data drift.
• Build and support Oracle Data Guard configurations.
• Handle on-call pager duty responsibilities.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of total Information Technology experience.
• 3+ years as an Oracle DBA supporting large Oracle environments on UNIX.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Golden Gate.
• 3+ years supporting Oracle RAC on UNIX environments.
• Experience with Oracle 19c, including upgrading RAC and Golden Gate environments.
• Proficiency with shell scripting and Perl.
• Proficiency with Oracle tools: OEM, Toad, and SQL Developer.

Preferred Skills

• DBA experience within financial institutions.
• Ability to independently deliver and execute tasks.
