Description

You will manage day-to-day Oracle administration, ensuring database availability, monitoring, and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine Oracle administration tasks and troubleshoot database issues.
• Manage complex database recovery scenarios and resolve installation or patching issues.
• Maintain database availability through continuous monitoring, maintenance, and operational oversight.
• Apply deep knowledge of Oracle architecture to optimize system performance.
• Work shifts and weekends as required to support database operations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.
• Extensive experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, and Exadata.
• Strong proficiency in performance tuning and Oracle architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Data Guard (Physical and Logical) and DG Broker.
• Proven experience implementing and managing GoldenGate.
• Experience with Oracle engineered systems including Exadata, Exalogic, and ZDLRA.
• Practical knowledge of AWS and RDS.
• Experience working with MongoDB.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing ZDLRA environments.
