Description

You will own the full lifecycle of Oracle database infrastructure, from on-premise management to cloud migration on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle server software (12c and above).
• Plan and execute migration strategies from on-premise to Cloud IaaS/PaaS (AWS).
• Design and size database storage structures, objects, and capacity.
• Manage backup, recovery, patching, and disaster recovery activities.
• Evaluate new technologies to replace existing processes and add value.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Database administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud IaaS and PaaS.
• Deep knowledge of Exadata Cloud (ExaCC).
• Proficiency in RAC, DataGuard, ASM, and Golden Gate.
• Experience with database cloning, standby creation, and encryption.
• Ability to create strategic documentation for migration planning.
• Strong understanding of audit and encryption requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle APEX.
