Description

You will manage and maintain Oracle database environments across on-premise and AWS infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle 11G through 19c RAC databases and configure high availability using RAC and ASM.
• Manage database operations on AWS RDS, including creation, migration, upgrade, and refresh.
• Implement and manage Data Guard for database failover between data centers and DR sites.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across Oracle, OS, and cluster failures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Expertise with Oracle, RAC, and Data Guard technologies.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, including RDS, CloudWatch, and S3 integration.
• Proficiency in Linux and Unix commands, including shell scripting.
• Experience with Oracle OEM administration, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Ability to perform database performance tuning and analyze AWR/ASH reports.
• Experience with ASM disk groups, snapshots, and backup/recovery (RMAN).
• Familiarity with applying CPUPSU patches and coordinating bug fixes.
