Description

Manage and support Oracle database environments on-site in Helena, MT. This role involves triaging system issues, ensuring high availability, and maintaining recovery processes for both OLTP and Data Warehouse workloads.

Responsibilities

• Support OLTP and Data Warehouse database environments.
• Triage database system issues autonomously or in collaboration with multiple teams.
• Manage database availability and recovery using Active Data Guard and RMAN.
• Maintain high availability through RAC and GDS.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Oracle DBA experience supporting databases.
• High proficiency with Active Data Guard.
• Expertise in RMAN.
• Experience with RAC.
• Experience with GDS.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including BASH, PowerShell, or Python.
• Proven ability to work in both OLTP and Data Warehouse environments.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years tenure in similar DBA roles.
