Description

You will manage and maintain Oracle database environments to ensure stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install Oracle software and perform upgrades to new release levels.
• Manage database storage structures, schema objects, tables, indexes, and views.
• Execute database backups and perform recovery operations when necessary.
• Monitor database health and tune performance to take preventive or corrective action.
• Control user access, security, and the creation of database standards and policies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Hands-on experience installing and configuring Oracle software.
• Proven ability to manage database startups, shutdowns, and lifecycle operations.
• Experience with database design, creation, and testing activities.
• Proficiency in managing user security and schema object maintenance.
• Strong background in performance tuning and proactive health monitoring.
