• Expertise in Oracle Data Guard implementation and support.
• Advanced Oracle database performance tuning and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), TOAD, SQL Developer, and standard Oracle utilities.
• Hands-on shell scripting and Perl scripting experience.
• Experience participating in on-call and production support rotations.
• Strong incident, problem, and change management experience within ITSM environments
