Description

You will manage and optimize database infrastructure within an AWS environment, handling full-stack troubleshooting and cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operational best practices for AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Automate integration between enterprise systems using custom scripts.
• Support application migrations to the cloud, including performance tuning and re-architecture.
• Troubleshoot full-stack issues across hardware, network, firewall, applications, database, and storage.
• Participate in Terraform code reviews and CI system improvements using Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in database administration or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong CloudFormation skills for infrastructure as code.
• Deep understanding of AWS networking: TGW, Direct Connect, Route Tables, VPC Endpoints, and Route53.
• Proficiency with AWS Security Hub, Config, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Experience with auto-remediation for security issues such as S3 public access or public EC2 IPs.
• Experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting in hybrid cloud environments.
• Ability to develop software components in Java, Python, or .NET to interact with AWS APIs.
• Knowledge of building deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools for AWS resources.
