Description

Lead a team of 10+ in a hands-on role managing critical database servers and production support. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical DB servers to ensure application availability.
• Lead a large team operating in rotational shifts and provide training to operational teams.
• Resolve complex performance tuning issues and manage HA/DR, patching, migrations, and upgrades.
• Execute monitoring, backup/recovery management, DB provisioning, and replication.
• Document technical solutions and maintain Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in database administration, operations, and production support.
• Proven experience leading teams of 10+ people.
• Expertise in performance tuning, backup/recovery, and HA/DR.
• Proficiency with Ansible and Python for automation.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Any Graduate degree.
