Description

You will manage and optimize Oracle database environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Tune database and application performance to meet SLAs.
• Analyze and optimize SQL queries using execution plans.
• Create and maintain database objects including tables, indexes, and sequences.
• Monitor database health and metrics using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues effectively.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.
• Expertise in performance tuning at both database and application levels.
• Proficiency with Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) and Active Session History (ASH) reports.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle hints and query optimization techniques.
• Experience creating and managing database objects (Tables, Index, Sequence).
• Familiarity with OEM for continuous database monitoring.
• Knowledge of source control and release management tools.
