Description

You will manage and maintain Oracle database infrastructure, focusing on replication, backup strategies, and performance tuning across hybrid environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and tune Oracle GoldenGate for CDC-based replication, including uni- and bi-directional flows.
• Manage Extract, Pump, and Replicat configurations for pipelines targeting GCS and BigQuery.
• Perform ZDLRA, RMAN, and incremental-forever backups in RAC/ASM environments.
• Tune database performance using AWR, ASH, ADDM, and trace analysis.
• Develop and execute DR plans for hybrid environments spanning On-Prem, OCI, and GCP.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as an Oracle DBA (11gR2, 12c, 19c).
• 3+ years experience with Oracle GoldenGate (19.x, 21.x).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on knowledge of RAC, ASM, and ACFS.
• Experience with Linux and Unix operating systems.
• Familiarity with GCP and OCI cloud environments.
• Experience with BigQuery and GCS.
