Description

You will manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise Oracle database environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot multi-node RAC systems on ASM.
• Apply PSU patches across various Oracle database versions and execute upgrades for large databases across data centers.
• Implement and troubleshoot Golden Gate functionality to ensure data replication integrity.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to improve system stability.
• Lead and handle large technical teams during complex database operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Expertise with Oracle 18c and Oracle 19c architectures.
• Proficiency with IBM AIX, Linux, and Sun Solaris UNIX operating systems.
• Experience with ASM Instance Creation and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Oracle database architecture.
• Proven ability to manage and lead large technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with rolling upgrades for Oracle environments.
