Description

You will manage and maintain Oracle database environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain database structures with robust security features and access controls.
• Perform SQL and process performance tuning to support application teams.
• Execute autonomous database backups, monitor health checks, and manage sequence limits.
• Monitor and maintain Oracle environments within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Participate in an on-call rotation to resolve critical incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator.
• Strong PL/SQL experience and knowledge of best practices.
• Proven knowledge of DDL, DCL, and DML.
• Experience with RMAN, Data Guard, Automatic Storage Management (ASM), and GoldenGate.
• Familiarity with Oracle RAC infrastructure.
• Ability to fine-tune SQL queries for performance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or general cloud exposure.
