Description

You will manage enterprise Oracle database environments and lead systems development projects through the SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan systems development projects and maintenance operations teams.
• Manage all phases of testing and application development lifecycle activities.
• Develop, integrate, and deploy enterprise applications, portals, and web services.
• Write, edit, and publish technical documentation for all application development phases.
• Mentor and train staff through knowledge transfer and technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of total professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience as a DBA with Oracle products.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control Server.
• 8+ years of experience with Data Guard and Recovery Manager (RMAN).
• 8+ years of experience on Linux and Windows platforms.
• 5+ years of experience leading systems development projects and operations teams.
• 5+ years of experience in all phases of testing.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, SharePoint, and Visio for logic diagrams and process flow charts.
• 8+ years of project management experience using MS Project to maintain work breakdown structures and task sequencing.
• 8+ years of experience with IT security policies and data center operations.
