Description

You will administer and support Oracle database environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle database environments (11g to 19c+), including upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Manage backup/recovery, high availability (RAC), disaster recovery (DataGuard), and system health monitoring.
• Automate routine DBA tasks to maintain data integrity and security.
• Support production releases and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Oracle DBA experience.
• Expertise in Oracle Performance Tuning and full database administration lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC and Data Guard.
• Proficiency in Linux and AIX operating systems.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services sector.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
