Description

Manage Oracle EBS environments and provide database support within a multi-tenant architecture.

Responsibilities

• Execute EBS security patching, production releases, and full-stack security updates.
• Manage EBS environment cloning, troubleshooting, and general Oracle database support.
• Resolve customer support tickets and collaborate with Oracle support via SRs.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotations and occasional weekend maintenance activities.
• Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders using Teams and Outlook.

Required Skills

• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or any graduate degree.
• Oracle EBS Applications 12.2.
• Oracle database 19c with multi-tenant architecture.
• Deep knowledge of the ADOP cycle in EBS.
• EBS environment cloning and patching.
• Implementing and administering TLS 1.2 certificates.
• Bash scripting and automation.
• Strong command of IT architecture principles and diagnostic skills.

Preferred Skills

• OAM and OID for single EBS sign-on.
• Enterprise Command Center and ORDS support.
