Description

You will manage and maintain Oracle and SAP databases across operational support and engineering functions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support for Oracle and SAP databases under an AMS model.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management following ITIL processes.
• Design and implement database solutions, including migrations and performance improvements.
• Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency for routine DBA tasks.
• Maintain Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) monitoring and alerting.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Oracle DBA experience.
• 5+ years on Oracle 19c.
• Hands-on experience with SAP database administration (SAP on Oracle).
• Proven experience in AMS operations, including incident and change management.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Experience with high availability architectures, clustering, and disaster recovery.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle 19c.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments and shell scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years tenure in previous DBA roles.
