Oracle DBA with IBM AIX

You will be the Oracle DBA responsible for managing and maintaining complex database environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot multi-node RAC systems running on ASM.
• Perform database upgrades and migrations for large datasets across data centers.
• Apply PSU patches across various versions of Oracle databases.
• Implement and troubleshoot Oracle GoldenGate solutions.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and design necessary optimizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Proficiency with Oracle 18c and Oracle 19c.
• Expertise with IBM AIX, Linux, and Solaris UNIX operating Systems.
• Experience installing and configuring Oracle environments on ASM.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Architecture principles.
• Experience with rolling upgrades in an Oracle environment is required.
