Description

You will manage Oracle databases and lead APEX development initiatives. You own the full lifecycle from data modeling to production support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Oracle databases across production and non-production environments.
• Implement database security, data integrity, and recovery procedures.
• Design performance tuning improvements using Explain Plan and Oracle internal views.
• Create logical and physical data models using star schema techniques.
• Develop automation workflows for CI/CD using Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle 11/19c databases on Solaris/Linux.
• Advanced expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX development.
• Proficiency with Erwin Modeling tool for data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Tablespace consolidation, DBMS reorg, partition, and index analysis.
• Ability to write DDL, DML, and Linux shell scripts.
• Competency with Java, SOAP/REST Web Services, Spring, JPA, and jQuery.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading large, complex database design and implementation initiatives.
