Description

You will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Oracle applications and databases with a focus on HR modules.

Responsibilities

• Support the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Manage code, database, script, and documentation baselines while ensuring uninterrupted day-to-day operations.
• Perform cybersecurity remediation, bug fixes, and troubleshooting for operational and development issues.
• Handle upgrades, patches, and migrations for Oracle EBS and underlying software.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Developer (not DBA).
• Recent, hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HR or Oracle HRMS.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflows, and Oracle Reports.
• Knowledge of Oracle Federal US HRMS.
• Familiarity with Dev tools such as Quality Center, WOTS, and PVCS.
• Understanding of secure coding best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience or Master’s degree with 6 years.
• Ability to ramp up on new systems with minimal assistance.
