Description

Lead development and enhancement of complex ETL processes and data models within a data warehousing environment. Optimize database performance and scalability for large datasets. Implement data quality and protection standards to ensure compliance and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of complex ETL processes and data models.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to offshore development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize database performance and scalability for efficient processing of millions of rows.
• Implement data quality and data protection standards across projects.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Data Warehousing experience.
• Proficiency in SQL & PL/SQL development, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Database platforms in large data domains (HR, Finance, or Real Estate).
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
• Experience with Autosys job scheduling.
• Proficiency with version control tools like GIT or Bitbucket.
• Excellent communication skills for working with offshore teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience manipulating millions of rows with optimal methods.
• Background in HR, Finance, or Real Estate data domains.
