Description

Maintain and enhance Oracle-based application components and database systems for state regulatory systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the RTS / Pesticide Use Permit System (PUPS).
• Enhance the RTS interface to the OnBase document management system using WebService.
• Collaborate with OATS to build report and notification systems for scanned document approvals.
• Address product number transfer issues in RTS, NPIRS, and ALSTAR product interfaces.
• Develop Pesticide Registration Evaluation Committee (PREC) reports for Performance Based Budgeting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle WebForm.
• 5+ years of experience programming in Toad or SQL+.
• 3+ years of experience working with RTS application components.
• Proficiency with Oracle 11g Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Experience with object-oriented development techniques.
• Experience working within a multi-development group.
• Experience with WebService integration.
