Description

Design and implement ETL solutions for high-volume data environments using Oracle Exadata.

Responsibilities

• Implement ETL solutions using Star Schema, data partitioning, data compression, and direct path loads.
• Build reusable components incorporating versioning, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Perform SQL performance tuning and application tuning using EXPLAIN PLAN, SQL*TRACE, TKPROF, AUTOTRACE, and AWR Reports.
• Optimize memory usage by managing Oracle Server Process Architecture, including PGA and SGA.
• Conduct technical and functional analysis to support regulatory projects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Exadata, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• 2-3 years of experience in SQL performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of Oracle architecture, process, and memory structures (PGA/SGA).
• Proficiency in computer science data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Oracle VPD.
• Experience with analytic reporting tools such as Tableau.
• Experience working with containers.
• Strong coding, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience working on regulatory projects.
