Description

You will develop and optimize database solutions within an Oracle Exadata environment, owning the full lifecycle of ETL and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Implement ETL solutions for large data volumes using Star Schema, data partitioning, compression, and direct path loads.
• Design reusable components that incorporate versioning, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Perform SQL performance tuning and application optimization using EXPLAIN PLAN, SQL*TRACE, TKPROF, AUTOTRACE, and AWR Reports.
• Optimize memory usage by managing Oracle Server Process Architecture, including PGA and SGA structures.
• Conduct technical and functional analysis to support regulatory projects.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience with Oracle Exadata, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• 2-3 years of dedicated experience in SQL performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of Oracle architecture, process architecture, and memory structures.
• Proficiency with SQL*TRACE, TKPROF, and AWR Reports.
• Strong knowledge of computer science data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with analytic reporting tools like Tableau.
• Experience working with Containers.
• Knowledge of Oracle VPD.

Preferred Skills

• Python programming knowledge.
• Experience working on regulatory projects.
