Description

Manage technical feature development and provide direct oversight for offshore teams. You will translate business requirements into system designs, technical specifications, and story point estimates. Analyze, code, test, implement, and document programs and system enhancements. Clarify upcoming user stories to prepare for future sprints. Resolve complex defects and perform system tuning.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for feature development, including pull request reviews and ensuring test coverage.
• Act as an offshore liaison to remove roadblocks, resolve technical questions in real time, and drive sprints to completion.
• Translate business requirements into system designs, technical specifications, and story point estimates.
• Analyze, code, test, implement, and document programs and system enhancements.
• Clarify upcoming user stories to prepare for future sprints.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an offshore liaison role.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, and JSP.
• Experience with React, JavaScript, Thymeleaf, CSS, HTML, and XML.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and the OAFl framework.
• Experience supporting and maintaining Oracle E-business (Incentive Compensation module).
• Proficiency with REST, JSON, and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Konvoy, Docker, and Microservices.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with job scheduling tools, specifically Autosys.
