Description

You will implement and maintain the Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) solution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle C2M modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze functional requirements.
• Customize and extend Oracle C2M using OUAF.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of system configurations.
• Provide support for production issues and assist in data migration activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with Oracle C2M or Oracle Utilities (CC&B, MDM, etc.).
• Strong understanding of utility billing, metering, and customer service processes.
• Proficiency in OUAF, Java, Groovy scripting, and SQL.
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle CCB, MDM, or SGG.
• Knowledge of integration tools like SOA, ODI, or web services.
