Description

Manage backend operations and frontend application development within Oracle environments, focusing on database maintenance, application development, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Handle all Oracle Database 19c operations, including DML, DDL, DCL, and ACL tasks.
• Develop new applications in Oracle APEX and maintain existing applications by fixing bugs and updating reports.
• Design, develop, and maintain databases using Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and tuning.
• Execute comprehensive test plans and automate testing processes to ensure application quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle, Oracle Forms/Reports, and Oracle APEX platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Database 19c, including PL/SQL routines, analytical functions, and scheduled jobs.
• Experience with Oracle APEX 22.1.6, including transactional forms, security menus, and plugins.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for complex queries and data manipulation.
• Experience with Oracle Forms 12c and Oracle Reports 12c (PDF, Excel, and command line).
• Ability to consume and provide Web services and APIs.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS for client-side functionality and UI styling.
• Competency in Microsoft SQL Server and relational database management systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL (DTS) and data migration scripts.
• Knowledge of XQuery.
