Description

You will provide technical and functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite within supply chain and warehouse management operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve user assistance tickets requiring in-depth functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EBS.
• Support Warehouse Operations through SIT, UAT, and go-live phases.
• Run SQL scripts to investigate and resolve production issues via Root Cause Analysis.
• Create Change Requests for interim or permanent solutions and review Technical Design Documents.
• Interact with customers and third-party teams to resolve IT issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments.
• Functional and technical expertise in discrete manufacturing and Warehouse Management modules.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL development and running SQL scripts.
• Experience with integration frameworks including API and File Transfer Protocol.
• Proven ability in requirements analysis, solution design, and documentation.
• Experience investigating, researching, and resolving production issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ServiceNow or JIRA.
