Description

You provide technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite supply chain modules, focusing on root cause analysis and resolution of backend issues.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve technical issues reported via support tickets within supply chain modules.
• Analyze the technical backend of Oracle EBS to identify root causes for order entry or payables issues.
• Write and modify SQL scripts to interact with Oracle EBS R12 tables.
• Work independently and within team structures to prioritize and multitask technical tasks.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle eBS R12.
• Direct support experience with Inventory, Purchasing, iProcurement, and Payables modules.
• Proficiency in writing and modifying SQL scripts for Oracle EBS R12 tables.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA, two days per week.
• Eligibility to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Webcenter.
• Experience using ServiceNow for application support.
