Description

Manage technical backend support for Oracle E-Business Suite within supply chain modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve technical issues reported via support tickets in supply chain modules.
• Write and modify SQL scripts targeting Oracle EBS R12 tables.
• Investigate backend module data to identify and implement technical solutions for order entry and payables issues.
• Work independently and within team structures to prioritize and resolve tasks.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Direct experience supporting Inventory, Purchasing, iProcurement, and Payables modules.
• Proficiency in writing and modifying SQL scripts for Oracle EBS R12 tables.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA, two days per week (Tuesday/Wednesday).
• Eligibility to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Webcenter.
• Experience using ServiceNow for application support.
