Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and roadmap for enterprise-grade Oracle E-Business Suite applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Oracle EBS solutions, including upgrades and cloud migration strategies.
• Oversee EBS integrations with external systems using SOA, APIs, and middleware.
• Lead customization strategies involving extensions, personalizations, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis to align technical solutions with business processes in Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, and HR.
• Partner with DBA and Infrastructure teams to manage system performance, security, and high availability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years focused on Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x).
• Deep expertise in EBS architecture, implementation, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with at least two major modules across Oracle Financials, SCM, Manufacturing, or HRMMS.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflow, BI Publisher, OA Framework (OAF), and APEX.
• Experience with integration tools such as SOA, Oracle Integration Cloud, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven track record with EBS upgrades, patching, and cloud migration.
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning and system security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion) and hybrid EBS-Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and analytics tools like OBIEE and OTBI.
• Oracle certifications in EBS or Cloud Applications.
