Description

You will manage and optimize Oracle EBS environments, supporting federal financial system implementations, deployments, and troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, refresh, and administer deployment environments.
• Troubleshoot scalability, high availability, performance, monitoring, and backup/restore procedures.
• Document, standardize, and automate deployment processes.
• Define system scope and objectives for assigned projects.
• Identify and develop improvements for testing process quality and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 84 months of experience developing application software using Oracle Forms, Reports, and Database.
• 72 months of experience in Application Development within Oracle Applications Suite version 11.5.10.2, specifically PO, AP, AR, and GL modules.
• 36 months of experience modifying custom libraries, PL/SQL Oracle application reports, and forms.
• 36 months of experience managing EBS databases, patches, upgrading, and cloning EBS.
• 36 months of experience with Workflow Builder, including customizations, hierarchies, and approval setups for purchase requisitions and orders.
• 36 months of experience with NYS customs to Oracle Financials, including inbound and outbound interfaces.
• 24 months of experience with Kofax MarkView/Kofax Capture imaging system administration, user/role creation, and system upgrades.
• 24 months of experience with State Civil Fingerprint processing, NYS Grants Management System (GMS), and NYS GMS interfaces using PDOI.
• Strong knowledge of Federal Accounting and Oracle Federal Financials (GL and Federal Administrator).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
