- 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS environments.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Applications.
- Proficiency with Oracle Database management.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HR modules.
- Functional knowledge of Order Management.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
